Role Description The Business Development Manager role at IndiaFirst Life is a full time, on-site position based in Gaya. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with distribution partners, corporate clients, and individual customers,



and driving sales of life insurance products in the assigned territory. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting regular market visits, organizing customer and partner engagement activities, and providing product presentations and training to channel partners. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and contribute to sustainable business growth. Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, underwriting, and customer service is essential to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
