Senior Manager – Business Development

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager – Business Development – Oil & Gas to drive strategic business growth and expand our client portfolio in the Oil & Gas and Process Industry.

The role requires solid industry knowledge, a proven track record in business development, customer relationship management, lead generation, and order conversion.



The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets and developing long-term relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for the Oil & Gas and Process Industry.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful order bookings.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers across the Oil & Gas and Process Industry.
Act as a key customer relationship interface with various levels of client organizations, including senior management and technical/commercial stakeholders.
Build strong networks and establish relationships with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, process industries, consultants, and other key industry representatives.
Take ownership and accountability for achieving assigned Business Unit sales targets.
