Role Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive Pan-India sales, market development, and customer acquisition for our portfolio of elevator safety and motion components.
The role will primarily focus on developing business with Indian / Non-MNC elevator OEMs, dealers, component manufacturers, machine manufacturers, home-lift companies, and modernization companies.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the elevator industry, an established customer network, and the ability to independently identify opportunities, develop relationships, conduct technical discussions, and convert opportunities into sustainable business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Develop and execute a Pan-India sales strategy for elevator safety and motion components.
· Build, manage, and continuously expand the sales pipeline across targeted customer segments.




· Identify and acquire new Indian / Non-MNC elevator OEMs and Tier-2 customers.
· Develop current markets, territories, applications, and customer segments to achieve sustainable business growth.
· Convert market opportunities into enquiries, trials, orders, and long-term business relationships.
Customer Development & Relationship Management
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with elevator OEMs, dealers, component manufacturers, machine manufacturers, home-lift companies, and modernization companies.
· Develop strong contacts with key decision-makers across purchase, engineering, design, production, and management functions.
· Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
· Conduct regular customer visits and maintain close engagement with key accounts.
Product & Technical Sales
· Promote and develop business for products including:
