The Project Manager (PMP) will lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the Assurance practice and broader firm, partnering with executive leadership to drive transformation, operational excellence, technology adoption, and business growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing program roadmaps, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating executive decision-making, and ensuring projects deliver intended business value. The successful candidate will possess strong project and program management capabilities, executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead through influence in complex, fast-paced environments. They will demonstrate a proactive leadership mindset,
the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities, influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and independently drive complex initiatives from concept through execution while ensuring alignment with firm priorities and business objectives.
PMP certification and experience managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives are highly desirable.
Preferred Competencies
Experience leading enterprise transformation, technology implementation, or operating model change initiatives.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities beyond project deliverables.
Experience preparing executive-level reporting, steering committee materials, and leadership presentations.
Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic planning.
Proven track record of influencing without authority across multiple functions and leadership levels.
