Responsibilities

Device Management Expertise: Solid knowledge of desktops, laptops, thin clients, and VDI environments.
OS & Endpoint Management: Proficiency in Windows OS, M365, and endpoint security.
Configuration & Deployment Tools: Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and imaging tools.
Application Packaging & Patch Management: Ability to package applications and deploy patches effectively.
ITSM Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL framework).
Inventory & CMDB Management: Skilled in maintaining accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking.
Automation Skills: Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation.
Evergreen Services: Experience in implementing continuous update strategies.
VDI & Cloud EUC Solutions: Familiarity with Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
Reporting & Analytics: Ability to generate trend analysis and performance reports.
Initiative
Experience working in multi-vendor environment.
