Role Description We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other channels. The candidate will research potential clients, understand their business requirements, identify opportunities for our technology services, and build strong relationships with prospects and clients. The role involves conducting discovery calls,



presenting suitable technology solutions, and managing the complete sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification through proposals, negotiations, and closure. The candidate will also be responsible for consistent follow-ups, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with technical and marketing teams to develop proposals, tracking sales performance and pipeline progress, achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets, and monitoring market trends, competitors, and current business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or technology sales.
Experience in selling IT services, software, SaaS, or digital solutions is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
