Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Experienced)
Location: Mohali (On-Site)
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Telesales/Telecalling)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Tele Sales Executive who can handle end-to-end sales activities including lead refinement, cold calling, and client handling. The candidate should also be comfortable supporting basic e-commerce operations alongside sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Refinement: Filter and qualify raw leads to identify potential customers
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into sales
Client Handling: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in CRM
Handle objections confidently and resolve customer concerns




Provide basic E-commerce support (order coordination, customer queries, follow-ups, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in telesales/telecalling (1–3 years preferred)
Strong skills in lead qualification and cold calling
Excellent communication and convincing ability
Good client handling and relationship management skills
Ability to multitask between sales and e-commerce support
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and e-commerce platforms is a plus
Fluent in Hindi and basic English (Punjabi is an advantage)
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred
Relevant telesales experience is mandatory
