OneCarat Technologies is a young, ambitious technology startup building solutions for the rapidly evolving AI, networking and data-center infrastructure ecosystem.
We work with global technology and OEM partners across areas such as optical networking, AI infrastructure, data-center infrastructure, advanced cooling and intelligent rack solutions.
We are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our founding team and help build our customer base from the ground up.

The Opportunity
This is not a lead-follow-up or account-management role.
You will be responsible for creating business from scratch — identifying target accounts, opening conversations, developing relationships, creating opportunities and taking them through to closure.
You will work directly with the Founder and have significant ownership over the company's growth.





Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new enterprise customers and business opportunities
Build pipeline through prospecting, outbound outreach, networking and relationship building
Identify decision-makers and establish relationships with IT, infrastructure, networking, procurement and business teams
Understand customer requirements and identify relevant OneCarat solutions
Work closely with technical and OEM teams to develop customer solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure
Conduct customer meetings, presentations and commercial discussions
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline and consistently work towards revenue targets
Build relationships with OEMs, technology partners, consultants, SIs and channel partners
Track opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Contribute to building OneCarat's sales processes, customer base and go-to-market strategy
