Role Description The Admission Counsellor – Pune is a full time remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admission process for IIEIM programs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via calls, emails, and online channels, providing accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and career outcomes, and conducting online counselling sessions to understand candidate goals. The role involves following up with leads,



supporting applicants with documentation and enrollment, and maintaining updated records in admission and CRM systems. The Admission Counsellor collaborates with the academic and marketing teams to align counselling with current offerings and campaigns, and contributes to achieving admission and conversion targets while ensuring a professional, learner-centric experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for counselling, follow-up, and coordination.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide supportive, timely, and accurate assistance to prospective learners.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, explain program value, and support admission conversions ethically and transparently.
