Role Overview
ICPR is expanding its on‑ground political research and campaign operations in Punjab. We are seeking a Campaign Manager who can lead field strategy, narrative development, constituency insights, and multi‑team coordination. The ideal candidate understands politics beyond elections, can translate ground signals into actionable strategy, and thrives in fast‑moving political environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead constituency‑level campaign planning, execution, and monitoring.
Build political narratives aligned with ICPR’s research‑driven frameworks.
Conduct field visits, gather ground intelligence, and synthesize insights for leadership.
Coordinate with research teams, digital teams, and field volunteers.
Manage booth‑level and ward‑level data collection, verification, and reporting.
Oversee content inputs for social media, speeches, and public communication.
Track political developments, stakeholder movements, and local issues across Punjab.
Ensure timely delivery of campaign materials, briefs, and field reports.




Maintain high‑quality documentation and workflow discipline across teams.

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of Punjab’s political landscape, issues, and voter behavior.
Ability to build and analyze political narratives.
Field coordination experience (campaigns, research, or political consultancy).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Data interpretation skills — ability to convert raw field inputs into structured insights.
Proficiency with digital tools for reporting, coordination, and communication.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multi‑stakeholder environments.

Eligibility Criteria
1–5 years of experience in political research, campaign management, or related fields.
Must have a personal laptop and field‑ready equipment.
Willingness to travel extensively within Punjab.
Strong analytical and narrative‑building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in constituency‑level political work
