AI Full Stack Software Developer (Ocean Hub Services)
Schlumberger (SLB) is seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain innovative applications and internal tools that leverage Artificial Intelligence to accelerate software development, improve user productivity, and automate business workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience developing AI-powered solutions, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and delivering end-to-end web applications. This role requires a proactive engineer who can rapidly prototype ideas, transform concepts into production-ready solutions, and effectively utilize AI-assisted development practices.
Must Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong full-stack development experience.
Proficiency in:
JavaScript / TypeScript
React (preferred)
Node.js or .NET
REST APIs
SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.




Experience building AI/GenAI applications.
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
Experience with source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development practices.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good To Have Skills
Experience with Python, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frame works.
Experience developing AI copilots and autonomous workflows.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with DevOps and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with software engineering governance, security, and compliance practices.
