Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Success & Revenue Intern to
support our Customer Success and Revenue team in managing client communication, renewals,
contracts, account updates, and day-to-day account management activities.

This role will provide hands-on exposure to Customer Success, Key Account Management, Revenue
Operations, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should be someone who takes
ownership of tasks, follows up consistently, is comfortable communicating with clients and internal
teams, and proactively looks for information that can help the team manage accounts better.

Key Responsibilities




• Draft and send emails for upcoming renewals, tranches, and client follow-ups.
• Call clients for renewal, payment, and other pending follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing client proposals and account updates.
• Coordinate with KAMs and Sales teams for account and contract updates.
• Follow up on open contracts and pending actions with clients and internal teams.
• Research clients on LinkedIn and track promotions, role changes, job changes, and company
updates.
• Track relevant industry updates such as funding, acquisitions, launches, and business
developments.
• Assist with day-to-day Customer Success and Revenue activities.
