Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager - Amazon PPC to own and improve Amazon advertising performance across the US, Canada, UK and Australia.

You will be responsible for both PPC strategy and day-to-day execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video and Sponsored Display. The role requires someone who can work directly inside the advertising console, diagnose performance at the campaign, keyword, target and SKU level, and convert insights into clear actions.

You will work closely with the marketplace, content, creative and inventory teams to drive profitable growth while improving advertising efficiency and organic visibility.

Key Responsibilities
● Own Amazon PPC performance across the US and international marketplaces.
● Build and manage advertising plans by marketplace, product and business objective.

restructure and optimise SP, SB, SBV and SD campaigns.
● Manage keyword research, search-term mining, negative targeting, product targeting, bids, placements and budgets.
● Develop clear strategies across branded, non-branded, competitor, category and defensive campaigns.
● Allocate budgets based on revenue potential, margin, inventory, organic ranking and growth priorities.
● Track and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC and new-to-brand performance.
● Identify wasted spend, campaign overlap, budget constraints, cannibalisation and scaling opportunities. ● Run structured tests across targeting, placements, campaign formats and creative.
● Partner with content and design teams to improve listing relevance, conversion rate and advertising performance.
