Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated US IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive technical hiring across Gen AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics. This role requires someone who understands the technical hiring landscape, builds strong pipelines,
and partners closely with stakeholders to bring in top-tier talent. Someone who can take ownership and get things done.
End-to-End Technical Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Gen AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
Ensure a smooth, timely hiring process from sourcing through to offer.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and professional communities.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of active and passive technical talent for current and future needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to align on hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
Candidate Experience & Evaluation:
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment across:
