Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our sales team. The role involves handling prospective student leads, understanding their requirements, counselling them on relevant programs, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up consistently with leads throughout the admission journey.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline/CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective students.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, counselling, inside sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain an organized pipeline.
