We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and deliver the next generation of Word experiences, with AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot at the center.
In this role, you will identify high-value customer problems, set a clear product strategy, and lead cross-functional teams from insight through launch and iteration. You will balance customer value, responsible AI, product quality, accessibility, performance, and business outcomes across desktop, web, and mobile.

Responsibilities
Set product direction: Develop a customer-backed vision, strategy, and roadmap for priority Word scenarios; translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product bets and measurable outcomes.
Lead AI-first experiences: Define Copilot and agentic workflows that improve authoring, comprehension, editing, and document intelligence while meeting responsible AI, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
Understand customers deeply: Combine qualitative research, market and competitive insights, support signals, experimentation, and product telemetry to identify unmet needs and prioritize investments.
Drive end-to-end execution: Write crisp product requirements, define success metrics, manage trade-offs, and partner with design, engine
