Mentoria Overseas is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Nashik.

Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Connect with prospective students and understand their study-abroad requirements.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule and conduct Advisory Sessions with prospective students.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Operations teams.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales,



Inside Sales, or related roles.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable working with CRM and calling/communication tools.
Prior experience in the study-abroad/education industry is an advantage.
