The Role
As an Assistant Manager – Merchandising,



you will support the merchandising function across assortment planning, allocation, inventory management and sales analysis. You will work closely with the Product, Buying, Planning, Retail, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure the right products are available at the right stores and at the right time.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, commercially minded and passionate about fashion, sportswear and retail, with the ability to turn data and consumer insights into actionable merchandising decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Support seasonal assortment planning based on sales trends, consumer insights, and business requirements.
Analyze sales, stock, sell-through and inventory performance to identify opportunities and risks.
Support allocation of products across stores based on demand, store performance, and regional requirements.
Monitor stock availability and recommend replenishment to improve sell-through and reduce excess inventory.
