We're building a coaching bench at Let's Enterprise, and we're looking for people who know how to make that moment possible.

WHY THIS WORK EXISTS

Let's Enterprise runs The Working BBA, a three-year degree where the real work is the curriculum. Students run projects for real companies, do real apprenticeships, and leave with a portfolio rather than a transcript.

All of that produces experience. Coaching is where a student makes sense of it. Without it, they're walking the journey without noticing why they're on it. Coaching is the part that turns experience into self-awareness, clarity and ownership.

WHAT YOU'D DO

You'd coach students one to one through the Career Blueprint, a structured journey where they build self-awareness around their strengths, motivations, values, patterns and career direction.
- Run 45-minute one-to-one sessions, followed by 15 minutes of documentation. One session is one billable hour.




- Record with consent, upload the transcript, and file a session summary with action points within 48 hours.
- Carry the thread forward. Every session hands on five things: the goal, the decision, the decision point, the next steps, and the quality parameter. That thread is what makes a student's journey feel continuous even when the coach changes.
- Flag, don't fix. If a student gets emotional, asks you directly for guidance, or raises something that belongs with a counsellor, you name it and escalate to us.
- Join a monthly calibration with our team.

We keep scheduling, student follow-up, quality review and escalation. You coach, and you document.
