Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing recruitment requirements across the APAC region, identifying the right talent, building strong candidate networks, and taking ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closure. You will work closely with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.
What You’ll Do:
Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn,
social media and professional networks.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding, sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
Build and maintain a strong APAC talent pipeline across Technology and IT skills.
Conduct market research and develop talent & market intelligence for APAC hiring.
Engage with candidates and build strong, long-term professional relationships.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and support candidates through the closing process.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/recruitment platforms.
Leverage AI-powered recruitment and ATS tools to improve sourcing, screening and productivity.
