Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced GCP Data Engineers for our Chennai location.

? Required Skills
Candidates should have hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following core skills:
✅ GCP BigQuery
✅ Python
✅ SQL / ETL
✅ Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

? Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
Develop and maintain ETL processes using Python and SQL.
Work with GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Spanner, GCS, and DBT.
Implement batch and streaming data solutions using Kafka.
Perform data modeling, ETL design, and database replication using Message-based CDC.
Ensure data security, scalability, and high-performance data processing.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions.
? Technical Requirements
Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
Expertise in Apache Beam (Dataflow).
Experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Spanner, Google Cloud Storage (GCS), and DBT.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Data Engineering, and ETL processes.
Experience with Apache Airflow.
Positive understanding of Kafka (Batch & Streaming).
Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and modern data architectures.
Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform is desirable.

⭐ Good to Have
Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer Certification
Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.
