A day in the Life: Guide the team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Remove impediments that block the team's progress Shield the team from external distractions to ensure efficiency Keys to Success: Proven ability to lead and mentor Agile teams successfully Outstanding problem-solving skills to determine and address team challenges Ambitious attitude for achieving world-class performance Education - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Advanced certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). PMP would be good to have. - Experience in software development or IT project management.
