Role & Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop campaign strategies based on project objectives, target audience, location, budget, and business goals.
Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven optimizations.
Manage the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and maintain a monthly social media and content calendar aligned with project launches, offers, events, and brand objectives.
Design creative content including social media posts, banners, brochures, digital advertisements, property creatives, presentations, and promotional materials.
Create and edit short-form videos, reels, property walkthroughs, promotional videos, project videos, and social media content.
Handle basic video shooting, editing, transitions, captions, music,



motion graphics, and visual effects where required.
Develop engaging visual content showcasing real estate projects, amenities, locations, offers, USPs, and construction progress.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports for management.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agencies, freelancers, and other external creative partners whenever required.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, social media, graphic design, video editing, AI tools, and content creation trends.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, construction, property, or a related industry.
Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation.
