Business Development Manager – US Market

Aquarious Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager focused exclusively on the US market.
We need someone who can start generating qualified opportunities and business quickly through direct outreach, LinkedIn, email, networking, partnerships, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified business opportunities from the US market.
Identify and approach founders, CXOs, CTOs, technology heads, agencies, MSPs, consultants and potential technology partners.
Build outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email and direct prospecting.
Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
Coordinate proposals, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.
Build partnerships for software development, AI solutions, dedicated teams, outsourcing and white-label engagements.
Maintain a strong and measurable sales pipeline.
Take ownership from prospecting through closure.





What We Need
Proven experience generating US-based IT/software business.
Solid understanding of outbound B2B sales.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to independently identify prospects and create conversations.
Experience selling software development, AI, cloud, SaaS, digital transformation or related technology services.
Comfortable working with US business hours when required.
Candidates dependent primarily on Upwork, Freelancer or other bidding portals are not what we are looking for.

Performance Expectations
This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The expectation is to start building a qualified US pipeline, generating meaningful conversations and scheduling relevant prospect meetings from the initial weeks.
