Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Salesperson role based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Salesperson will identify and engage prospective buyers and investors, conduct property showings, and manage end-to-end sales cycles across residential and commercial properties.



Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, advising on suitable properties, and negotiating terms to close transactions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for documentation, due diligence, and post-sales support to ensure a smooth client experience. The Real Estate Salesperson will also track market trends, maintain an updated inventory of listings, and contribute to sales targets and revenue growth for Valion.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing capabilities, including Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Sound understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, with practical exposure to residential and/or commercial markets.
Proven Sales experience, ideally 3–5 years in real estate or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
