Roles & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, cost estimation, and
commercial planning.
Own quotations, pricing strategy, project costing, and profitability analysis across
Furniture and PMC projects.
Prepare and review PMC proposals, contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and
commercial documentation.
Lead commercial evaluations of supplier quotations, contractor bids, and procurement
proposals.
Lead vendor negotiations, procurement strategy, and commercial discussions to
maximize project profitability.
Own project budgets, cost control measures, commercial performance, and profitability
targets.
Manage variation orders, commercial claims, contractual obligations, and change
management processes.
Calculate landed costs for imported luxury furniture, including freight, customs duties,
insurance, and logistics costs.
Review and approve Proforma Invoices, vendor invoices, contractor bills, and payment
recommendations.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Logistics,
and Project teams to
ensure commercial alignment.
Conduct site visits for quantity verification, budget monitoring, and commercial reviews
when required.
Prepare client billings, payment certifications, profitability reports, MIS reports, and
budget variance reports.
Drive value engineering, cost optimization initiatives, and commercial compliance across
projects.
Support management with commercial insights, forecasting, and strategic decision-
making.
Preferred Attributes
Solid expertise in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, and Contract
Administration.
Proven experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, budgeting, cost control, and
profitability management.
Good understanding of interior fit-out projects, luxury furniture, imports, and
procurement processes.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial management skills.
