Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager with 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization who can lead our SEO team, manage client strategies, and drive measurable organic growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Manage multiple client accounts and act as the key point of contact for SEO-related requirements.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and content gap analysis.
Plan and execute on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO strategies.
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
Analyze SEO performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and work with developers and content teams to resolve them.




Set KPIs for the SEO team and track individual and overall team performance.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, strategy discussions, and monthly reviews.
Ensure SEO campaigns are aligned with client business goals and deliver measurable results.

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proven experience in managing and mentoring an SEO team.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
Valuable knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of SEO reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis.
Experience in developing SEO strategies for different industries will be an added advantage.
