Job Description – Senior Sales Representative

Role Purpose
The Sr Sales Representative is responsible for executing district-level marketing and sales strategies to promote the organization’s programs and services. This role requires a robust dual focus on institutional partnerships (B2B) and direct conversions (B2C), ensuring maximum outreach, lead generation, and enrollments.
The Sr District Coordinator will work closely with Assistant Managers and is directly accountable for achieving district targets assigned by the State Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development (B2B)
Identify and approach schools, colleges, and institutions for collaborations, workshops, and tie-ups.
Schedule and conduct meetings with school management, principals, and key decision-makers.
Present and promote the organization’s programs and offerings.
Negotiate and finalize agreements for student outreach initiatives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner institutions.

2. Direct Sales (B2C)




Conduct presentations, seminars, and career guidance sessions for students and parents.
Generate leads through field activities such as door-to-door campaigns, events, exhibitions, and referrals.
Follow up on leads via calls, messages, and in-person meetings to drive conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

3. Marketing Execution
Execute district-level marketing campaigns including events, roadshows, and local promotions.
Ensure proper distribution of marketing materials and brand visibility across institutions and public platforms.
Support social media and offline promotional activities.
Gather and analyze campaign feedback to improve effectiveness.

4. Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, enrollments, and institutional partnerships.
