Group FP&A; Manager

to join our Corporate Finance team and play a key role in driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across the Group. This is a high-impact role that partners closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights, strengthen planning processes, and support the continued growth of one of India's leading healthcare organizations. Location:

Aminjikarai, Chennai. Key Responsibilities • Lead Group-level budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning • Own consolidated management reporting, MIS, and executive dashboards • Drive P&L; performance analysis, variance reporting, and financial storytelling for leadership reviews • Partner with business and functional leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives • Develop and enhance FP&A; processes through automation, standardization, and data-driven reporting • Support business cases, investment decisions,



cost optimization, and resource planning across the Group • Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to executive management We're looking for • 8–16 years of progressive FP&A; experience • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and business partnering • Experience managing Group or Corporate FP&A;, multi-business, or multi-entity reporting • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with experience in reporting automation • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms • MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred • Healthcare or hospital industry experience is preferred; candidates from large corporates, GCCs, manufacturing, or other complex organizations with robust FP&A; expertise are also encouraged to apply If you're looking to make a meaningful impact by shaping financial strategy at the Group level while contributing to
