Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Gurugram. The Retail Salesperson will welcome and assist customers in the store, understand their needs, and recommend suitable DailyObjects products and collections. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, maintaining robust product knowledge, and ensuring that the store displays and merchandising reflect the brand’s design philosophy. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns, processing sales transactions accurately, and meeting individual and store sales targets. The Retail Salesperson will also support inventory management, participate in in-store promotions, and help create an engaging, customer-centric retail experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills,



with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills, with the ability to learn and communicate features, materials, and design stories clearly.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, build rapport, and handle inquiries or issues professionally.
Previous experience in lifestyle, fashion, or tech accessories retail is beneficial.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Strong attention to detail, reliable work ethic, and a customer-focused mindset.
