Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our business development and lead-generation activities for the UAE and Indian markets.
The position will be based in Kannur, Kerala, India, and the selected candidate will work closely with our teams and target customers across both India and the UAE.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the complete business development process—from digital lead generation to lead follow-up and conversion.



The role requires close coordination with the Marketing Team and Calling Executives to ensure that marketing activities generate measurable business results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Lead Generation & Business Growth
Drive business development initiatives targeting clients in the UAE and Indian markets.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to generate quality leads through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and other digital platforms.
Monitor and analyse the performance of different marketing campaigns and lead-generation channels.
Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency.
Explore new digital channels, markets and business development opportunities.
Lead Management & Conversion
Take ownership of the complete journey from lead generation to client conversion.
Monitor leads generated through digital campaigns and other business development activities.
Guide and coordinate Calling Executives to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
