About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven and result-oriented Industrial Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships across India.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, Marine Safety, PPE, or Industrial Products, with a strong understanding of B2B field sales and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, references, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, distributors, dealers, contractors, and end users.
Conduct regular customer visits and understand their product and safety requirements.
Present and demonstrate company products to customers and decision-makers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on enquiries and orders.




Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal sales, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Attend industrial exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings when required.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support the company in maintaining healthy receivables.
Expand the company's customer base and strengthen its presence in the assigned territory.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B/industrial field sales.
Experience in Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, Marine Safety, PPE, or Industrial Products will be preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
