Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Associate to join our Decarbonisation and Resilience team within the Sustainability Advisory GCC. This role is open for either of our office locations in India.i.e. Noida, Mumbai and Bangalore.

The team supports clients across net zero and carbon strategy; whole-life carbon assessment; sustainability certification; climate change vulnerability, resilience and adaptation; and industrial decarbonisation; for the UK based projects.

Responsibilities

Act as a technical lead across the Decarbonisation and Resilience portfolio, with deep expertise in several of the following areas and working knowledge of the others:
Whole-life carbon assessment for built environment and infrastructure projects, with additional experience in mining and energy-sector decarbonisation considered advantageous
Net zero and carbon strategy
Sustainability certification, including BREEAM buildings and infrastructure, LEED, WELL and Home Quality Mark
Climate risk (physical and transition), resilience, vulnerability and adaptation




Industrial decarbonisation including CCUS, industrial due diligence, Energy modelling and strategy, CBAM advisory, clean fuels and policy support.
Lead multidisciplinary project delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and effective resource planning.
Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication, sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach.
Apply cost-benefit analysis and commercial awareness to support robust, practical recommendations.
Prepare, review and quality-assure technical and commercial reports, proposals and other client deliverables. Manage commercial allocation for the India based team on a project.
Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and leading or supporting bids and proposals.
Lead and develop the team by managing performance, workload, utilisation, technical quality and delivery standards.
