Senior Operations Specialist

to support and strengthen our onboarding and client/consultant success operations. This role will work closely with our existing operations team and play an important role in ensuring a smooth experience for both

clients and consultants

throughout the onboarding and engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and relationship-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of issues from start to resolution. What You'll Do Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for consultants Serve as a key point of contact for consultants throughout their engagement Communicate regularly with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams Coordinate onboarding documentation,



compliance requirements, background checks, timesheets, and other operational activities Address consultant questions and concerns and ensure timely resolution Proactively identify potential issues and take ownership before they impact the client or consultant experience Partner with recruiting, sales, HR, payroll, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding and engagement processes are completed on time Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and the overall client and consultant experience Support the operations team with day-to-day activities and help manage workload across the function What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in
