We are certified under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 and supply to leading companies in the medical, tyre, food and industrial sectors.
We are looking for a hands-on QA/QC Manager who can strengthen our quality systems, improve process control and develop a capable quality team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage quality assurance and quality control for plastic films and laminates.
Understand production processes in detail and convert them into practical SOPs, standard operating conditions, control plans, specifications and checklists.




Maintain and continuously improve the company’s ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate surveillance and recertification audits.
Maintain document control, records, management-review documentation and audit-compliance systems.
Train employees on ISO procedures, quality records and good documentation practices.
Handle customer complaints, conduct root-cause analysis and prepare, implement and verify CAPAs.
Communicate directly with customers and visit customer locations when required to understand quality problems.
Coordinate with production and technical teams to develop solutions and clearly communicate corrective actions to customers.
Monitor testing and quality parameters for films and laminates, including thickness, GSM, tensile properties, COF, seal strength, treatment level, bond strength and visual defects.
Use Excel and other basic computer applications to analyse test results, rejection, wastage, process var
