Role Overview
We are hiring an Investment Analyst to support a US-focused real estate investment team across underwriting, financial modelling, market research, transaction execution, and investor reporting.
This is a hands-on analytical seat. You will underwrite live US commercial real estate opportunities, build and maintain investment models, prepare Investment Committee and investor materials, and support due diligence through to closing. You will work directly with investors, lenders, legal counsel,



and transaction teams on US Eastern or Pacific hours.
This role is suited to someone who has already underwritten US commercial real estate assets and wants deeper ownership of the analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Underwriting
Build and maintain institutional-quality real estate investment models covering acquisition, hold, refinance, and exit scenarios
Underwrite assets at property level, including rent rolls, operating statements, lease abstracts, T-12s, and pro forma cash flows
Run sensitivity and scenario analysis on rent growth, exit cap rates, financing terms, and hold periods; interpret results to guide investment decisions
Calculate and stress-test returns metrics, including IRR, equity multiple, cash-on-cash, DSCR, and debt yield
Valuation & Market Research
Perform valuation using direct capitalisation, discounted cash flow, and sales comparison approaches
