Responsibilities

Design/operations experience with VDI solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, VMware Horizon).
Strong knowledge of identity and access management: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR.
Proficiency in endpoint protection: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, security baselines, BitLocker, disk encryption.
Solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, network segmentation, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Experience integrating collaboration tools across M365 and enabling secure external collaboration.
Ability to develop scripts/automation (PowerShell) and leverage Graph API for device/app management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management,



and documentation skills; ability to lead complex programs.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), including solution architecture, governance, and security.
Experience implementing digital workplace solutions in sales and marketing environments, with a focus on user adoption, process automation, and data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or Up-to-date Desktop Administrator Associate.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.
ITIL® Foundation (and higher) for service management practices.
Vendor certifications: Citrix (CC-V), VMware (VCP-DTM), Jamf 300+, or equivalent.
