We are quick-paced, digital-first, and data-driven. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Brand Manager to lead our brand positioning, performance-driven marketing narratives, and continuous user engagement across channels.

Role Overview

As the Brand Manager at HDFC SKY, you will own the end-to-end brand identity and messaging framework across digital media, social platforms, performance assets, and content IP. You will translate market trends, complex financial concepts, and fintech product capabilities into sharp, compelling stories that drive brand recall, user acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning:



Define and execute HDFC SKY’s brand narrative across consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency with our discount broking value proposition.
Campaign & Content Management: Lead omnichannel brand campaigns, product launches, video/Reels production, educational webinars, and interactive social media carousels.
Agency & Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, production houses, and influencer networks to deliver high-impact collateral within timelines and budgets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Performance Marketing, UI/UX, and Compliance/Legal teams to translate product features into compliant, consumer-friendly messaging.
Digital & Social Media Ownership: Oversee organic and paid social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X), driving community growth, active dialogue, and brand affinity.
Data & Analytics: Monitor brand health metrics, media performance, audience eng
