Your Impact:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, validating, deploying, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure platforms.
In this role, you will bridge hands-on engineering excellence with high-level infrastructure design, driving operational stability, active directory management, and automation across enterprise-scale environments.



You will work closely with Product Engineering, Support, and Customer teams to ensure platform scalability, performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence across customer environments while leading critical incident response calls to maintain seamless infrastructure performance.

What the role offers:
Architect, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot complex multi-domain/multi-forest Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, Domain Controllers, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, AD CS, and hybrid identity setups.
Serve as the SME for all escalated Windows Server OS performance issues, security patch management, clustering, and storage configurations across enterprise fleets.
Configure, manage, and optimize enterprise cloud workloads hosted on AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Systems Manager). Support hybrid cloud integrations.
Design and implement scalable automation solutions using PowerShell (and related scripting frameworks
