As we continue to scale, we are looking for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team as an FP&A; Analyst. This is a fully remote opportunity for a candidate based in India who is looking to build their career within a rapid-growing regional retail business.
The role combines financial planning and analysis with financial controllership. You will support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting while helping maintain the accuracy and integrity of our accounts under IFRS.
THE ROLE:
As an FP&A; Analyst, you will help turn financial and accounting data into clear, decision-ready insights.
You will support the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles, contribute to an accurate and timely month-end close, and prepare financial reports that give business leaders a clear view of performance, cost drivers and profitability. Working across Finance and other business functions, you will analyse results, challenge assumptions and support commercial decisions with reliable financial insight.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Budgeting & Forecasting
Build and maintain the annual budget and rolling monthly forecasts.
Support planning at entity, cost-centre and P&L-line; level.
Work with business teams to review and validate financial assumptions.
Provide leadership with a reliable forward view of revenue, costs, margins and profitability.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts and explain key variances.
Month-End Close & Financial Control
