What You’ll Do

Leads the design, development, delivery, and operational management of the ServiceNow platform. Responsible for managing technical teams, governing platform architecture, ensuring solution quality, driving platform adoption, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives. Acts as the primary technical owner for ServiceNow products and integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and leadership teams.

Who We’re Looking For

Overall 15+ years’ Experience
12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience - IT Ops, Sec Ops & HRSD (Mandatory)
8+ years as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect
Experience managing large, global ServiceNow environments and multi-partner delivery models.
Experience with architecture reviews, platform standards, partner oversight, and technical debt reduction

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
ITIL v4 Certification
