This role is responsible for attracting and selecting best-in-class talent from target industry segments. The incumbent will develop and implement ideas to improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes, identify key sourcing channels, and execute creative sourcing strategies through research, networking, direct outreach, social media, and employee referrals.
The role also owns the complete recruitment lifecycle, including stakeholder management, talent attraction, candidate selection, salary negotiations, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.

Shift timings - 11 am - 8 pm

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead and own the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
Attract, assess, and select high-quality talent across business functions.
Manage salary negotiations and onboarding processes.




Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application through joining.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping
Identify and leverage effective sourcing channels.

Conduct competition mapping, talent mapping, and market intelligence reporting across business functions.

Stakeholder & Employer Branding
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR teams, and recruiters.

Gather and benchmark external market best practices to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.

Recruitment Operations
Screen resumes and evaluate candidate suitability.
Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate interview processes.
