Role Description The Sr. Counselor – Student Visa & Immigration is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.



This role involves guiding prospective students and clients through the entire process of overseas education and immigration, including country and course selection, application documentation, and visa filing. The Sr. Counselor will conduct detailed counseling sessions, assess eligibility, explain admission and visa requirements, and provide accurate information on universities, colleges, and immigration pathways. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, maintaining case records, coordinating with internal teams and international partners, and ensuring timely follow-up and high service standards. The role also includes supporting exam coaching departments (e.g., IELTS, PTE, GRE) with counseling on test requirements and helping clients prepare realistic plans for study and settlement abroad.
