The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can think strategically, create compelling content, and execute marketing initiatives end-to-end.
You will work across digital marketing, social media, content creation, performance marketing, brand marketing, and BTL activations. The ideal candidate is someone who understands what makes a brand desirable, knows how to turn ideas into content, and can use data to understand what is working.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Support the development of Furnology's marketing and brand strategy.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, content calendars, and promotional campaigns.
Create and oversee short-form content for Instagram and other social platforms, including shooting and editing.
Write compelling copy for social media, campaigns, advertisements, website, and other brand communications.
Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
Track campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Support BTL activations, partnerships, events, and other offline marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, sales, and other teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
