Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data engineering practices.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Robust knowledge of data storage solutions, including relational and non-relational databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and data orchestration tools to automate workflows.
Ability to optimize data processing for performance and cost efficiency
