Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong technical skills to join our global development team and work on next-generation middle office product offerings. This role is responsible for an automation-first quality assurance approach for data-driven platforms built on SQL Server, Azure cloud services, ADF pipelines, and Snowflake.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative Agile workplace and will be a self-starter who is always looking to optimize existing practices through new technologies, patterns, and processes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and QA team members to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and define test strategies.
Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for complex, data-intensive applications.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure compliance with cloud and data workloads.
Perform database testing to validate data integrity, transformations, stored procedures, triggers, and business rules.




Test Azure-based services and integrations, including APIs, messaging systems, and data pipelines.
Contribute to the existing automation framework using Python, Selenium, Cucumber, and ReadyAPI.
Support CI/CD pipeline testing, validating builds, deployments, and environment configurations.
Participate in Agile (Scrum) processes throughout the SDLC to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with developers and data engineers to identify defects early, improve test coverage, and establish performance baselines.
Participate in design reviews, test case reviews, and sprint ceremonies; provide QA status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Share knowledge and contribute to QA process improvements, automation frameworks, and best practices.
