Role Description The Delivery Driver role at Divik is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting pooja essentials and related products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. Daily tasks include loading and unloading items, following assigned routes, using navigation tools, and maintaining delivery records and documentation. The role also involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, confirming orders, handling basic inquiries,



and reporting any delivery issues or vehicle concerns to the supervisor. The Delivery Driver is expected to maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle and comply with all traffic and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Solid Customer Service skills, including respectful communication and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to perform basic Sales interactions, such as confirming orders and promoting relevant products when needed.
Experience with Forklift Operation or similar equipment for safe loading and unloading of goods is an advantage.
Training experience or willingness to learn and follow operational procedures and safety guidelines.
Background in Food & Beverage delivery or similar logistics roles is beneficial.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry packages and work on feet for extended periods.
