EssentiallySports is a digital sports media platform serving modern fandom. Primarily aimed at serving the American audience, ES is industry leading recent-age media that has multiple products and IPs under its portfolio.
Over the years, the company has evolved from a traditional content publisher into a broader media ecosystem that includes editorial coverage, creator-led IPs, newsletters, branded storytelling, and fan-engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Design and create graphics, visuals, and other promotional materials that are in line with our brand guidelines and content strategy
Develop and implement creative concepts that align with our editorial policies and target audience
Ensure that all graphics and visuals adhere to best practices, and are optimized for various digital platforms
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques,
and software to implement the latest features and styles
Work with other designers to ensure a consistent style and quality across all graphics and visuals
Monitor graphic and visual performance and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in graphic designing
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva
Ability to create a brand recall using visuals
Understanding of design optimization for various digital platforms and best practices
Strong creativity, and a keen eye for detail, visual composition, and aesthetics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passionate about showing others how to do something new
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
