Event Designer - Experiential and Branding

About the Role
We’re looking for an Experiential Designer to create visual identities and physical brand experiences for conferences, summits, expos, customer events and brand activations across India and international markets.

Ideal Candidate
Someone who understands both design and the event ecosystem, who has robust hands-on experience across B2B and B2C events, with the ability to create premium, brand-led experiences across both print and digital formats - from event concepts and booth branding to on-ground collateral and digital assets.

Note: This is not a Graphic Design, UI/UX or Product Design role. We specifically need someone with hands-on experience in event/experiential design, booth/stall environments, stage branding and on-ground production, along with print and digital event collateral.

What We’re Looking For (Must-have)
3-6 years of experience in event design or a closely relevant design role.




Strong portfolio showcasing B2B and B2C event design.
Hands-on experience across print + digital event collateral.
Strong understanding of event branding, booth/stall design, stage design, production requirements, and on-ground execution.
Strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, layouts, and brand consistency.
Ability to develop concepts beyond standard event collateral and create cohesive event visual systems.
Strong communication and ability to articulate creative rationale.
Experience working on Indian and international events is preferred.

What You’ll Do (Job Role)
Develop creative concepts and visual systems for conferences, summits, expos, webinars, customer events, partner events, and internal events.
Design end-to-end event collateral across print and digital, including stage backdrops, booth designs, standees, invites, emailers, social creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, signage, agendas, and digital screens.
