Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead Ferrous Sales at Brick2Wall. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, market share, and profitability across the steel and ferrous portfolio. The incumbent will shape and execute the sales strategy,



strengthen customer and channel relationships, and ensure operational and commercial excellence across the business.
The ideal candidate brings solid industry knowledge, a proven track record of delivering results in competitive markets, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
· Develop and implement the strategic sales plan for the Ferrous Business in alignment with company objectives.
· Lead revenue and margin growth through effective market positioning, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
· Drive expansion into new geographies, industry segments, and customer accounts.
· Build long-term partnerships and strategic alliances to strengthen Brick2Wall’s market presence.
2. Market Development & Customer Engagement
· Lead business development initiatives for new customer acquisition and retention of key accounts.
